Where we ship

We ship to all serviceable pincodes in India through reputed courier partners. Customers in Madurai may also collect orders directly from the mill at Govindhan Street, Mary Ann School Opp., K.Pudur (call ahead on +91 63813 79240).

Processing time

Orders are packed at our mill within 1–2 working days (Monday to Saturday). Orders placed on Sunday or public holidays are processed the next working day. Bulk orders (multiple 5 L cans or 15 kg tins) may take an extra day.

Delivery time

Within Tamil Nadu: 2–4 working days after dispatch
Rest of South India: 3–6 working days
Other states: 4–8 working days

These are estimates. Delays can occur during festivals, weather disruptions or courier strikes; we will keep you informed.

Shipping charges

Orders of ₹1,999 or more: free shipping
Orders below ₹1,999: flat ₹60
GST (5%) is added on shipping charges at checkout, as on the products.
15 kg tins and orders above 20 kg total weight: we may contact you to confirm the most economical freight option before dispatch. Any extra charge will be agreed with you first.

Tracking

You will receive an email (and WhatsApp message where possible) with the courier name and tracking number when your order ships. You can also see order status under My Account → Orders.

Packaging

Bottles are sealed, bubble wrapped and packed in corrugated boxes. 5 L cans and 15 kg tins are shipped in their original food-grade containers with additional outer protection.

Damaged or leaking parcels

Please do not accept a parcel that is visibly leaking or crushed – refuse it and inform us. If you notice damage after opening, send photos to us on WhatsApp within 48 hours and we will replace the item or refund you. See our Refund Policy.

Incorrect address

Please check your address and phone number at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, or repeated failed delivery attempts, re-shipping charges will apply.
